Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility
Items purchased from woodenseafood.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
Please note that certain items such as final sale, personalized, or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards and downloadable items are also non-refundable.
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal at https://www.woodenseafood.com/pages/returns. Once your request is submitted, you will receive detailed instructions to complete the process. Returns that are sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as woodenseafood.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please start the process through our Returns Portal and indicate the product you would like to receive instead. Once your original item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately through our contact form at https://www.woodenseafood.com/pages/contact. Our team will review your claim and provide a solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return once the item is delivered.
Important Notes
- Returned items must include all original parts and packaging.
- Products showing signs of wear, use, or modification will not be accepted.
- If a return is refused or incomplete, it may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
